We are so excited to be stocking this beautifully curated wine from local Shadowfax.
This blanc de noir, was made in the methode traditionale style using hand picked Pinot Noir. The pristine fruit was picked in the cool of the morning and gently whole bunch pressed on
the same afternoon.
